Nano silica Supplier

What is Nano Silica Nano silica is a form of inorganic chemical materials. Amorphous white powder that is non-toxic and tasteless. It also has a flocculent quasi-granular structure.
Stable, non-soluble in water, acid, (except for hydrofluoric), and organic solvents. Soluble in alkali, hydrofluoric, and alkali. You can increase the strength, aging resistance, and chemical resistance of other material by using its exceptional properties like light, electricity and force. Si-O–Si bonds are what determine SiO2’s chemical stability. This bond is gaining more attention due to its exceptional properties such as being low in price, resistant to high temperatures, corrosion resistance and good insulation.

Silica Nanoparticles, which are inorganic and non-metallic organic materials, have small sizes and a large surface area. This material is non-toxic, tasteless, and free of pollution. It has high strength, stability, and low cost. A transmission electron microscope test revealed that the nano-material has a quasi-particle structure of flocculent and reticulate. Silica nanoparticles have a size range of a few nanometers up to several hundred of nanometers. The surface electron distribution, molecular arrangement and other characteristics of silica particles are quite different from macroscopic material. Many of the major characteristics of nanoparticles include light, electricity and heat as well as sound, magnetic properties, and many others.

Why is Nano Silica Useful?
Paint and ink – Thickening, Thixotropy, Anti-Settlement, Increase the Hardness of the Coating, Scratch Resistance, and Other Functions
Coating: Increase fluidity and anticaking performance
Plastics, fibers, films: Reinforced, toughened, wear-resistant.
Adhesive agents: Reinforcement and thickening.
polish: High-precision Polishing of Aluminum Alloy, Sapphire, Glass, Silicon Wafer, and Other Materials
Cement: Enhancement.
The size of a textile.
Anticaking agent To prevent the base powder from drying out, to avoid caking and to maintain good flow performance.
Defoamer is characterized by excellent hydrophobicity. It also disperses well, which enhances the defoaming capability and increases efficiency.
Rubber, Strengthening the filler to improve the mechanical properties.

The use of nanosilica is also possible in ceramics, papermaking and the petroleum industry.

Sodium Silicate Supplier

This is a type of organic substance with the chemical formula Na2O*nSiO2. It is a transparent or colorless bulk vitreous material that can be colored slightly, but not too much. Its aqueous liquid solution, also known waterglass and waterglass, is a type of mineral adhesive. It is a soluble, inorganic silicate which has many uses.
N=SiO2/Na2O is the molar ratio. It is the module of sodium silicate. Modulus is an important parameter for sodium silicate. It is typically between 1.5 to 3.5. Modulus determines how difficult sodium silicate is to dissolve in water. Warm water can dissolve n if it is constant. Hot water will dissolve n if it increases. If n exceeds 3, steam at greater than 4 atmosphere pressure is required for dissolution.
The greater the modulus of sodium sililicate, the higher the Si content. In turn, sodium silicate viscosity increases. It is easier to decompose, harden, and increase the bonding strength. Additionally, sodium silicates of different moduli have different degrees of polymerization, which results in significant differences in the silicic acids components in their hydrolysate. These differences can have an impact on production and use.

The sodium silicate can be broken down into two types: solid sodium silicate (liquid sodium silicate)
Liquid sodium silicate
Liquid Na2O*nSiO2 can be distinguished by the difference in the ratio of quartz and alkali. The appearance of liquid Na2O*nSiO2 will also vary depending on the type of alkali. There are many colors available, including black, gray and colorless. There are three types of neutral Na2O*nSiO2, Alkaline Na2O*nSiO2, and weakly simple Na2O*nSiO2.

Solid sodium silicate
Solid-state Ni2O*nSiO22 is a intermediate product that has a pale blue appearance. Dry casting forms Na2O*nSiO2 in bulk and transparent. However, wet water quenching produces Na2O*nSiO2 which is granular. These can only be used for liquid Na2O*nSiO2. There are several common types of Na2O*nSiO2 product options: powder solid, block solid, instant sodium Silicate, zero sodium metasilicate pentahydrate sodium Metasilicate and sodium orthosilicate.

For what purpose is sodium silicate used?
Sodium silicate, the most valuable soap filler, is a good choice. The alkalinity of laundry detergent can be lowered by adding sodium silicate. This will reduce soap loss and improve washing performance.
Sodium silicate helps to wash, stabilize and prevent corrosion in synthetic detergents.
Useful for papermaking filler.
It is used for the manufacture of silica gel.
This is used to bond clay and sand in the foundry, and create all sorts of cores and molds.

What are the other names for sodium silicate,
Sodium silicate can be described as an inorganic salt that has silicate counterion. It is also known to be sodium metasilicate, or water glass.

How does sodium silicate affect concrete?
Alkali activator for alkali active cement can be made from sodium silicate. Concrete uses it as a setting agent and silicate mineral coating to increase durability and waterproofing.
